1. Membership Options

We offer three ways to participate:

• 1.1  Monthly Membership
  • • – £19.50 per month
    • – A budgeting-friendly option for those who want consistent growth
    •  – Enjoy all the perks of the Annual Membership with smaller, manageable monthly payments

• 1.2  Leaders Around the Table (LATT) — Annual Membership

• • • – £199 for the year
    • – Includes 6 scheduled sessions over 12 months
    • – Bonus session with the Founder
    • – Access to Private WhatsApp Leadership Group
    • – Priority booking for all sessions
    • – Exclusive bonus resources

2. Validity Period

• 2.1  Annual Membership is valid for 12 consecutive months from the date of purchase.
• 2.2  Sessions must be used within the 12-month membership period; unused sessions do not roll over.

3. Booking & Attendance

• 3.1  All participants must register in advance for each session. Spaces are subject to availability.
• 3.2  Monthly and Annual Members receive priority booking for all sessions.
• 3.3  Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future sessions, however it can be transferred to a named representative

4. Bonus Session with the Founder

• 4.1  Available exclusively to active Monthly and Annual Members.
• 4.2  Scheduled separately from standard sessions.
• 4.3  Participation details will be communicated directly to members.

5. WhatsApp Leadership Group

• 5.1  Access is granted to active Monthly and Annual Members only.
• 5.2  Group is intended for professional, respectful peer engagement.
• 5.3  Inappropriate behaviour, spam, or breaches of group guidelines may result in removal without refund.

 6. Exclusive Resources

• 6.1  Monthly and Annual Members will receive additional leadership resources during the membership period.
• 6.2  Access to resources is non-transferable and intended for personal development use only.

7. Membership Renewal

• 7.1  Annual Membership is renewable annually.

• 7.2  Monthly Membership is ongoing with a rolling monthly payment, cancellable anytime after the first two months.

• 7.3  Renewal reminders will be issued prior to the end of your annual membership term.
• 7.4  Pricing and benefits may be reviewed or updated at each renewal period.

8. Payment & Refund Policy

• 8.1  Full payment is required upfront for all sessions and memberships.

• 8.2  Monthly Membership requires payment for the first two months in advance, prior to attending your first session.

• 8.3  All payments are non-refundable, except where sessions are cancelled by the organiser.
• 8.4  Membership benefits begin from the date of purchase.
• 8.5  VAT receipts are available upon request for your company expenses.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

• 9.1  We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• 9.2  By enrolling in our sessions or memberships, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information solely for the purposes of managing your membership, communications, and providing services to you.
• 9.3  Your data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for service delivery or as required by law.
